– Online Order Refund Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you will be given a full refund if your request is made 72 hours prior to the appointment.
Orders deemed to be malicious or fraudulent will be refunded at the discretion of X-tint team and processing fees may be deducted from your refund. Any refund request less than 72 hours from the appointment time or after a missed appointment will not be given.
Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, if your vehicle has an existing aftermarket window tint that was not disclosed to X-tint prior, there will be an additional removal fees, and could also cause your appointment to be rescheduled to allow appropriate time for removal of your existing window tint. No orders will be refunded for appointments which need to be rescheduled due to undisclosed existing tint that needs to be removed prior to our installation.
